Extra Artisanal Strawberry Jam

More fruit, less sugar

Fruita Blanch’s extra strawberry jams are made with 70% strawberry and 30% added sugar, nothing else.

Without any additives, preservatives, coloring, or thickeners, we achieve their texture through hours of slow cooking.

The process of making our artisanal strawberry jams is the same one our grandparents used. We haven’t changed a thing. The fruit is cleaned, hulled, and prepared by hand.

Once the strawberry jam is ready, we fill sterilized jars and boil them in a water bath to ensure perfect preservation.
