Extra fruit jam


More fruit, less sugar

Fruita Blanch’s extra jams are made with a 70% fruit to 30% added sugar ratio, nothing more. Without any additives, preservatives, coloring, or thickening agents, we achieve its texture through hours of cooking. The process of making our extra jams is the same as our grandparents used. We haven’t changed anything. The fruit is cleaned, peeled, and prepared by hand. Once the jam is made, we fill sterilized jars and boil them in a water bath to ensure perfect preservation.
