Organic Fruit Extra Jams

The extra organic jams from BIO Blanch are made, like the rest of our products, using artisanal methods and with local organic fruit.

With a proportion of 70% organic fruit and 30% organic sugar, we achieve high-quality jams with current organic certifications.

The production process is the same: the fruit is cleaned, peeled, and prepared by hand. Once the jam is made, we fill sterilized jars and boil them in a water bath to ensure perfect preservation.
