Extra Peach Jam

More peach, less sugar

Fruita Blanch’s extra peach jams are made with 70% peach and 30% added sugar, nothing else. Without any additives, preservatives, coloring, or thickeners, we achieve their texture through hours of slow cooking.
The process of making our artisanal peach jams is the same one our grandparents used. We haven’t changed a thing. The fruit is cleaned, peeled, and prepared by hand.
Once the peach jam is ready, we fill sterilized jars and boil them in a water bath to ensure perfect preservation.
